Compression bandage: used to reduce inflammation and edema in acute injuries. It consists of applying an elastic bandage such as a cohesive bandage or elastic tape that compresses the injured area and reduces pain.
Neuromuscular taping: Also known as kinesiotaping, it is used to improve muscle function and reduce pain. It consists of applying an elastic bandage with a specific pattern that helps improve blood and lymph circulation. In this section you will find all types of kinesiological tapes and necessary accessories such as titanium scissors, kinesio cutters, pre-tape or tape remover.
Functional bandage: used to provide stability to the affected joint and prevent relapse of the injury. It is usually applied to chronic or recurrent injuries and consists of applying a rigid or semi-rigid bandage.
Herringbone bandage: Used to stabilize and limit movement of a joint. It consists of applying two crossed elastic bandages on the affected joint.
Figure-of-eight bandage: used to support ligament or tendon injuries in the joints. A bandage in the shape of an eight is applied to the affected area.
