Bach flowers
What are Bach Flowers?
Bach Flowers are a set of 38 flowers , each with healing properties for managing different emotions. They are divided into seven groups that help with: fear, lack of interest, uncertainty, loneliness, sensitivity, sadness, and excessive worry. Bach Flowers adapt to the emotional needs of each person and thus contribute to achieving emotional harmony . Their theory is based on the idea that emotional problems are the cause of physical ailments. Therefore, emotional therapy is designed to improve your emotional state , which, in turn, contributes to the progression of physical illness, but it does not treat the physical illness itself.
They are prescribed based on certain symptoms or altered psycho-emotional patterns (fears, anxiety, anguish, pessimism...), to which relief capacities are attributed in the psycho-emotional dimension of the personality (peace, tranquility...)

How to mix Bach® Flowers?
It's common to find a combination of several Bach flowers necessary for sleep, mood lifting, stress relief, or even depression or anxiety. In this case, two drops of each flower remedy are poured into a bottle, filled with mineral water, and administered four drops four times a day. How long does it take for Bach® Flowers to work?
Emotions are a complicated matter. Original Bach Flowers focus on all emotions, whether habitual or fleeting, and contribute to daily emotional harmony. There is no set duration for taking them. For specific emotions, a short time may be sufficient; for more persistent ones, a longer period may be necessary; we recommend taking them for three weeks.
What are Rescue®?
Bach Flowers are sold and can be used individually or in combination, depending on the emotional disorder being addressed. Aside from this, Dr. Bach developed an emergency formula based on five flower essences to help achieve serenity in everyday life. These are: Rock Rose, Clematis, Impatiens, Cherry Plum, and Star of Bethlehem. This formula is what we call Rescue®.
