How much does this service cost?
The cost of the service is fixed per fee, depending on the amount of the order. There is no interest nor is there any other additional payment.
Note:orders sent abroad , except Portugal, cannot be paid cash on delivery, only through advance payment (credit card or transfer), once shipping costs have been calculated.
The customer must place the order through our website, which will be processed by our salesperson responsible for it, calculating the weight and shipping cost. Information about security in your transactions:
Your card data is protected by the Bankia Virtual POS security system from the moment it is introduced. This system is software that allows our clients to pay online, by card, for purchases they make through the NOVASAN website.
Only at the end of the purchasing process will your browser redirect you to the Bankia website to formalize the payment. To do this, you will be asked to identify yourself as the cardholder. Once completed, the Issuer (Bankia) informs NOVASAN that the purchase is being made by the cardholder, so that the cardholder can complete the process. If the identification has not been satisfactory, the Issuer notifies NOVASAN so that it can proceed accordingly.
This payment system is outside the control of NOVASAN, and any incident that may arise with it is the responsibility of your financial institution, and you must contact said entity if you are faced with a fraudulent situation.
