Courier: We work with different parcel distribution companies, depending on the shipping address and taking advantage of the capacity and quality of reach of each of them.
Own agency: If the client wants to send their own agency, they must pay us for the order in advance (by credit card or transfer).
Shipping costs:
If your order exceeds €80 without VAT, shipping costs are FREE for shipments to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal (except Islands) . In the case of EnerQi stretchers, they have a special shipping cost and the cost will be €15 + VAT, for shipments to the Peninsula.
For purchases less than €80 without VAT, shipping costs will be €5 + VAT. In the case of stretchers, they have a special shipping cost and the expense will be €15 + VAT, for shipments to the Peninsula (consult other destinations), within this shipment you can add any other material since it is considered as the only order.
For orders from the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla, shipping will always be made through our State Postal and Telegraph Company, SA and shipping costs if the order does not exceed €140 without VAT will be €12.95.

**Customs administrative expenses will be paid by the client and payable upon receipt of the package, for which NOVASAN is not responsible, nor does it inform the cost thereof.
For shipments to the Portuguese Islands: Azores and Madeira the shipping costs will be €17 and from €150+VAT the shipping will be free.
For shipments to Europe: Orders to Europe (except Portugal) will cost €17+VAT and from €140+VAT shipping will be free.
For non-EU shipments: Orders will have a shipping cost of €37.

**Customs administrative expenses will be paid by the client and payable upon receipt of the package, for which NOVASAN is not responsible, nor does it inform the cost thereof. When ordering to countries outside the European Union, the customer must be aware of the limitations and local customs laws regarding the importation of medical products. In the event that the order cannot be delivered, the customer will bear the costs of returning the order to Spain as well as the import costs.
Delivery Times:
Peninsula and Balearic Islands
In the event that the customer chooses to choose the "Transport Courier" shipping method. For orders placed before 1:00 p.m. in the morning, the shipment will be delivered within 24/48 working hours in the Peninsula and within 48/72 working hours in the Balearic Islands by transport agency. For orders placed after 1:00 p.m., the shipment will be delivered in 72 hours in the Peninsula and 96 hours in the Balearic Islands by transport agency (except weekends in between).
If the customer chooses to choose the "Correos" shipping method, the delivery time will depend on the weight, volume and date of placing the order. Approximate period 3-5 days in the Peninsula and 8-10 days in the Canary Islands. * Delivery times to the Balearic Islands may vary depending on the courier company chosen.
Portugal (Except Islands)
In the event that the customer chooses to choose the "Transport Courier" shipping method. For orders placed before 1:00 p.m. in the morning, the shipment will be delivered in 24/48H by transport agency. For orders placed after 1:00 p.m., the shipment will be delivered within 48 hours by transport agency (except every other weekend). Within Portugal, the packages are distributed by the transport agency Tipsa.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Orders are always sent by Correos, with the delivery time ranging from 5 to 21 days.
European Union countries
Delivery time is 4 to 7 business days.
Rest of the world
Like shipping costs, the delivery time depends on the weight and volume of the package, as well as the geographical area.

Ecopostural stretchers
In the case of an Ecopostural stretcher, the delivery time will be approximately 10 days. The shipment of said stretchers will not be made to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, or Portugal.
