The Fasciitis Rehab is a support device for the support of the foot that will expedite the application of therapy and active-passive training of the foot. It was created to eliminate the time and hassle of properly rolling a towel in order to perform plantar fascia strengthening exercises.
How is it used?
The big toe is placed in an extended position in order to stretch the plantar fascia (using the windlass mechanism). This progressive loading for at least twelve weeks helps tissue capacity and load bearing in the plantar fascia which can help with persistent plantar pain.
